Our advisory is always based on structured fact-finding, which may include interviews, observation, or formal assessments. Deliverables can include expert reviews of business plans, business process evaluations, or strategic commentary, provided verbally, in writing, or as a recording.
Engagements are flexible and can be held at your location, our offices, or another agreed-upon venue.

Providing professional advice based on a mutual agreement (e.g., reviewing a client’s business plan).
Advisory Services
Developing findings, conclusions, and recommendations for the client’s consideration (e.g., assistance in the strategic planning process).
Implementation Services
Realizing a plan. We combine our resources with the client’s personnel to achieve implementation goals (e.g., computer system installation).
Transaction Services
Providing services related to specific client transactions, often with third parties (e.g., bankruptcy management, financing, IPR management, SOP creation).
Staff & Support Services
Providing adequate staff (in competence and number) to perform tasks determined by the client, working under their direction.
Product Services
Providing the client with a professional product and services to support its installation or use (e.g., selling training packages or software).

Important Notes on Our Fees
Please review the following conditions regarding our consultation packages.
The package fees above do not apply to all consultation themes listed on this website; pricing depends on the specific theme and the complexity of the problem.
The prices listed are applicable for companies classified as Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMK-M), according to Indonesian Law (UU No. 20 of 2008).
For companies not classified as UMK-M, fees will be adjusted based on the company’s total assets and turnover.
If a problem cannot be resolved within a one-day consultation, further observation at the client’s organization or interviews with relevant personnel may be required. The schedule and additional fees will be adjusted by mutual contract.
For services performed outside of our home city, additional accommodation and transportation costs will be charged to the client.
